Pudding recipe:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container Cool Whip, divided (in freezer section with ice-creams...don't get reduced fat kind)
- 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
Elaboration:
-Layer 1: Mix until crumbly: flour, butter, nuts. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool completely
-Layer 2: Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip. POur over baked mixture
-Layer 3: Beat instant puddings and milk until thick and pour over cream cheese layer
-Layer 4: Top with remaining Cool Whip
