Welcome to the spaniard kitchen!!

Hi everybody!

I've created this blog to share with my friends all the spaniard recipies that I know and recipies from other people are sharing with me.

At the same way I would like to know about recipies from people all over the world that I meet in US. I hope you like this idea and soon we'll start to share the secrets of our cuisine.

"Nutella Pie"

Today we cook with my Aunt Chari. She is from La Mancha, a beautiful place of Spain where Don Xijote's adventures took place. She has been encouraged in the first place with a easy dessert, she will share plenty of other recipies with us eventually. I've just remembered eating with my family the lamb stew that she used to cook in the field, makes me go back in time, or that spanish ratatouille, the porridge, and many other dishes from La Mancha... Also I have to say that my Aunt Chari captivate my husband's stomach and heart with one of her cooking when he meet her for first time.
We hope you like it.

Ingredients:

 Frozen puff pastry
 Nutela.

Preparation:

Thaw the puff pastry. Open her and expand, we will add Nutela in the center. Close side to side. Prick it. Put sugar on top and we cook in the oven (350F). Take it out when the pie will be brown. Leave the pie at room temperature until it will be cool.
